Talk at Unite construction conference is of possible ballot of 5 Balfour Beatty sites: 2 in NW, 1 in Scotland, 1 W Mids and one down south.  Reports that Balfour have finished up 4 men today at Carrington site and rumour has it more men are being started on Monday. Activists are calling for walk out if true and will seek support from rest of industry. “If they want a fight they can have one!”. Watch this space.
